Joni Tiffany -
As one of the Instructional Coordinators here at IAESM, I am
excited to be a part of this team.
I am a veteran teacher with
26 years in education.
My name is Mrs. Tiffany and I have
been happily married for 38 years enjoying 3 grown children
and a wonderful grandson.
As a teacher, I am energized about
the love of learning and the strong literacy foundation we are
presenting to our students.
I have my BS in Elementary Ed from
the University of Missouri-Columbia, my Master’s (MAED) from
Baker University in Kansas, and have years of specialized
training in Comprehensive Literacy, including the Summer
Literacy Institute at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock.
I hope I am a role model for being
positive, treating people kindly and working hard to help
others.
My favorite quote is, “When life gives
you lemons, make lemonade!” Teaching has and continues to be
my life’s career choice.
I enjoy the children, their
parents and my staff here at IAESM.
I am blessed to serve here.

Tad Hartmann - I am part
of the inaugural team that witnessed this school grow from an
enrollment of 3 to nearly 1400 students. An amazing
transition it has been! As instructional coordinator, I am
working to instill the "environmental" piece into our school
curriculum and culture. I also spend time concentrating
on our Federal Programs grants. Tinkering with
this web page has been a recent pastime of mine. I also
enjoy photography, cooking and occasionally travel (here I am
in front of Paula Deen's restaurant in Savannah).
I am
married and have 3 young children: Alison (8), Brenna (6), and
Colin (4). They love to come and see Daddy's school
because it is such an exciting place.
