A major transformation has taken place at the old Colonial Bakery Facility at the corner of Spring and Chouteau in St. Louis, Missouri. After years of only providing sanctuary for pigeons, the building is now a state of the art center for learning for 1,400 children from kindergarten through eighth grade.
